Lower case m for marshmallows:
(If I had some, I would have let him glue on mini marshmallows, but since I didn't, I just drew some. He liked it all the same.)

Red Polka Dots and Lady Bugs
My friend had a baby shower this week. This is what I made for her baby girl:
Sweet little red polka dot shoes
With matching onsie dress
And a lady bug receiving blanket.
Another of my friends had a baby girl on Tuesday. They didn't know what they were having, so now I know I need to make her something girly, too. Look for that post in the next couple days.

Nativity
One of my most popular posts is the finger puppet nativity I posted last year.
I didn't get this picture posted last year, but here is the little stable I made to house all the finger puppets.
I sewed pockets and felt decorations onto the flannel base, and then covered some cardboard with the flannel. It folds on the sides to stand up, or folds all the way shut to carry around. I like to bring it as a quiet toy for church.
My finger puppets were even featured in All Free Christmas Crafts as one of the Top Religious Christmas Craft.

Seeing my kids play with this nativity made the work all worth it. I hope it will help them remember the real reason for this Christmas season!
