You will probably see a lot of these baby shoes here. I make them for all the new babies. Here are some baby boy shoes with little froggies, with a matching receiving blanket.

Letter P
The capital "P" has 2 Popsicle made out of paper and Popsicle sticks.
The lower case "p" is a pig colored with different shades of pink marker.
We also read a book and wrote down all the words that started with the letter "p."

Pick a Pocket
I am the chorister for the primary children at church. I made this little pocket panel to have for singing time games. This last Sunday, I put different objects in the pockets that represented different ways to sing (boys, girls, "ooh" like a monkey...), or different songs to sing. It will be fun to come up with different ways and games to use the pockets for.

The lower case "o" was painted orange with finger paints.
We also read a book and wrote down all the words that started with the letter "o."

Valentine Heart Garland
I needed some kind of Valentine decorations in my house. I cut up some scrap fabric into heart shapes and sewed them all together in a chain on my sewing machine.
I made this little one first, and liked it so much I had to make another, bigger one!
I know I saw the idea for this garland/bunting somewhere, but can't find it now! If someone who reads this knows where this idea came from, let me know!
Edited to add: I found my inspiration, visit Made by Rae.

Foam Bath Toys
We made these a while ago, but both of my boys still enjoy playing with them in the bathtub. These shapes were cut out of craft foam (found at the dollar store). The foam is quite thin, so easy to cut with regular scissors.
It is also really fun to poke holes in, which is mostly what my 3 year old did while I was cutting:
After I made a few basic shapes, my son wanted to do some. This is my favorite, a guy that he drew:
One warning if you try to make this, the red and pink leave color behind on the wall, even after several times soaking them in water. A magic eraser does a pretty good job of getting it off.
I got the idea for this from MomAdvice.

Letter M
For the capital "M," I drew mittens and colored half of them, my son colored the other half the same color and then matched them together, so there are "matching mittens."
The lower case "m" is colored with markers.
We also read a book and wrote down all the words that started with the letter "m."

Diaper and Wipes Holder
I recently stopped carrying around my diaper bag for little everyday errands. Most of the time I only need to make sure I have a diaper and some wipes with me. I made this little holder just big enough for one diaper folded in half and some wipes.
I had this cute corduroy fabric that happens to match one of the covers of my Miche purse perfectly!
I liked the fabric so much, I made another little pouch to hold my camera.
